About the position
Hire Resolve’s client is urgently seeking the expertise of a General Manager (Construction) in Accra, Ghana.
Key Requirements:
- Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
- +10 years experience within construction
- +5 years experience within a leadership role
- Proven experience in residential projects (High end, luxury high-rise buildings / apartments)
- Experienced in concrete works, steel structures and high end finishes
- Strong understanding of structural systems and construction methodologies
- Expertise in finishing works and detailing
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Strong Project Management skills (Skilled in planning, scheduling, and budgeting and Familiar with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera)
- Permanent role in Ghana with annual flights
