General Manager: Commercial Operations | Kruger National Park | Permanent

Our client - a prestigious national authority responsible for managing South Africa's most iconic wildlife and conservation areas - is looking for a visionary General Manager: Commercial Operations to lead and grow its tourism and commercial portfolio based in the breathtaking Kruger National Park (KNP).

?? Your Mission

  • Drive and execute the KNP's tourism and commercial strategy
  • Identify and grow new revenue streams and partnerships
  • Champion customer-centricity, product innovation, and service excellence
  • Oversee tourism infrastructure, visitor management, PPPs & contract performance
  • Lead strategic marketing, product development & operational standards
  • Partner across departments to align business growth with sustainability

? Your Profile

  • Postgraduate degree in Business, Tourism or Commerce (MBA preferred)
  • 8-10 years' experience in senior commercial tourism/hospitality operations
  • PFMA knowledge + stakeholder management expertise
  • Experience in tourism development & product innovation
  • Analytical, structured, strategic - with a heart for nature
