Our client - a prestigious national authority responsible for managing South Africa's most iconic wildlife and conservation areas - is looking for a visionary General Manager: Commercial Operations to lead and grow its tourism and commercial portfolio based in the breathtaking Kruger National Park (KNP).

?? Your Mission
- Drive and execute the KNP's tourism and commercial strategy
- Identify and grow new revenue streams and partnerships
- Champion customer-centricity, product innovation, and service excellence
- Oversee tourism infrastructure, visitor management, PPPs & contract performance
- Lead strategic marketing, product development & operational standards
- Partner across departments to align business growth with sustainability
? Your Profile
- Postgraduate degree in Business, Tourism or Commerce (MBA preferred)
- 8-10 years' experience in senior commercial tourism/hospitality operations
- PFMA knowledge + stakeholder management expertise
- Experience in tourism development & product innovation
- Analytical, structured, strategic - with a heart for nature
