About the position
DBN000153 General Manager (Agriculture) – KZN Midlands
Purpose of the job:
This position involves managing the personnel, packhouse operations, compliance, profitability, and citrus output.
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness
- 8 years’ experience in agricultural leadership, ideally in citrus or fresh produce
- Financial Management experience in: Budgeting, Cashflow Forecasts, Cost analysis & Control
- Packhouse Management experience
- Fresh produce export experience
- Willingness to live in a remote area
