Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage daily operations of the company to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability
  • Foster a positive team culture and promote a collaborative work environment
  • Oversee marketing and sales initiatives to enhance brand visibility and reach
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting to meet company objectives
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, distributors, and key stakeholders

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business , Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Matric/Grade 12 is required
  • Proven experience of a minimum of 7 years in a managerial role, ideally within the cosmetics, fragrance or luxury beauty industry
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical capabilities
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise tasks effectively
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Excellent financial acumen and experience in budget management.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a deep understanding of market dynamics and consumer behaviours.
