About the position
RESPONSIBILITIES TEAM MANAGEMENT QUALITY CONTROL PROCESS IMPROVEMENT: CLIENT COORDINATION INVENTORY MANAGEMENT COMPLIANCE & SAFETY
Production Oversight:
Manage daily production schedules to ensure timely delivery of high-quality furniture products across multiple lines. Oversee the entire production process and raw material procurement to final product delivery
Lead, motivate and manage a team of 45 employees, including supervising production staff, conducting performance reviews, and facilitating professional development.
Implement and maintain high standards of quality control, ensuring all products meet both company and client specifications. Address any issues that arise during the production process promptly.
Continuously assess production processes for efficiency improvements, including the adoption of new technologies, methodologies, or materials to increase productivity and reduce costs.
Work closely with clients to understand their product specifications and qualitiy requirments. Ensure clear communiation between production teams and clients to meet or exceed expectations.
Oversee inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods, ensuring optimal stock levels are maintained to meet production demands without excessive overstock.
Ensure all production activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements. Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to health and safety quidelines and regulations.
