About the position
We are seeking a passionate and energetic Face to Face Fundraiser to engage with the community and raise funds for our organization. Ideal candidate will recruit experienced, professional fundraisers capable of acquiring high-quality monthly donors in Cape Town.
Preferred Experience:
- Selling to high-LSM/affluent clients
- Fundraising or telemarketing experience
- Customer service / B2B sales experience
Skills & Competencies
- Excellent verbal communication & presentation
- Comfortable engaging diverse, high-LSM donors
- Strong interpersonal skills, confident handling objections
Basic computer literacy (CRM, Microsoft Office)
Multilingual a plus: English essential; Afrikaans/Xhosa advantageous
Logistics & Availability
- Flexible for evenings/weekends as required
- Punctual and dependable
