About the position
We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow HRSD Functional Consultant to support in evaluating and optimizing their current ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) platform. The consultant will work closely with HR and IT stakeholders to analyze existing HRSD implementations, identify optimization opportunities, and provide a functional comparison with Workday's capabilities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in ServiceNow HRSD and familiarity with Workday HR modules to offer strategic recommendations on system enhancement or replacement. Key Responsibilities: Conduct a detailed assessment of the current ServiceNow HRSD implementation, including modules such as: Propose improvements to HRSD configurations, including automation opportunities, enhanced self-service, and streamlined workflows. Perform a functional comparison between ServiceNow HRSD and Workday HCM / Workday Help / Workday Case Management. Recommend best practices around case management, HR knowledge base structure, and lifecycle event orchestration
Analyze potential business, technical, and cost implications of transitioning from ServiceNow HRSD to Workday.
Provide recommendations on coexistence or replacement strategies, including data migration, user impact, integration considerations, and timeline estimates.
Develop and deliver detailed documentation including:
Current state assessment report
Optimization roadmap
Workday vs ServiceNow comparison matrix
Migration strategy (if applicable)
