About the Role

We're looking for a Full Stack Web Developer who's confident working independently, someone who can design, build, and launch an entire website from the ground up.
You'll be a one-person development team responsible for creating a modern, fast, and visually impressive site that reflects our brand and supports our digital strategy. This is an exciting opportunity for a self-starter who enjoys full creative and technical control.
What You'll Do

• Plan, design, and develop a brand-new company website from concept to deployment.
• Build responsive, high-performance pages with modern UX/UI principles.
• Develop back-end functionality (forms, data capture, APIs, authentication, etc.).
• Manage hosting, deployment, and basic SEO optimisation.
• Maintain code quality, documentation, and long-term scalability.
• Collaborate directly with leadership to bring ideas to life and shape the site's direction.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience delivering full web projects end-to-end (portfolio required).
• Strong front-end skills: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript, React or Vue.
• Solid back-end experience: Node.js / Express / Python / PHP / [URL Removed] / Laravel.
• Comfortable managing domain setup, hosting, and deployment.
• Good design eye and familiarity with Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Ability to work independently, manage your own time, and deliver to deadlines.
• Experience with SEO optimisation and analytics tools.
• Familiarity with CMS setup (WordPress)
• Understanding of performance optimisation and security best practices.
