About the position

Are you an exceptionally skilled Full Stack JavaScript Developer ready to take on challenging, large-scale development projects? Join a dynamic platform development team of 25 professionals focused on building and enhancing a sophisticated SaaS platform. You'll play a critical role in designing, developing, and deploying modern, full-stack features that push the limits of digital innovation.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and enhance features for a full-stack SaaS platform using modern technologies.


  • Break down complex requirements into scalable and maintainable solutions.


  • Implement reusable UI components, authentication systems, and a global router.


  • Drive integration of various technologies into a cohesive, user-focused application.


  • Collaborate across cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality delivery.


  • Utilize cloud computing technologies and stay on top of emerging trends.


  • Participate in code reviews and uphold coding standards.


  • Mentor junior developers and support the technical community.


  • Provide 2nd and 3rd level technical support on a rotational basis.


Essential Skills
  • Proficient in TypeScript / JavaScript (ES6+)


  • Backend development using Node.js (Express.js, Apollo)


  • Frontend development with React (with TypeScript)


  • Strong knowledge of GraphQL, MongoDB, Redis


  • Hands-on experience with Docker, Docker Compose


  • Familiarity with Git and Agile methodologies


  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills


Advantageous Skills
  • Styling frameworks and CSS expertise


  • Experience with Ant Design (antd)


  • AWS experience (particularly ECS and Lambda)


  • Familiarity with AI concepts, LLMs, and prompting techniques


  • Experience in integration, planning, and risk management


  • Passion for IT architecture and software craftsmanship


Required Qualifications & Experience


  • Degree in IT or relevant qualification


  • 8+ years' experience in full-stack JavaScript development or a similar role


  • Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)


  • Experience working in Agile teams
