Full-Stack Engineer for AI-powered CRM & compliance platforms for healthcare/education recruitment. Multi-tenant platform serving agencies globally with advanced document processing, real-time matching, and intelligent automation.
Duties & Responsibilities
Contribute to complex staffing platform with AI document processing, real-time matching, and multi-cloud infrastructure.
Tech Stack You'll Work With
- Backend: Node.js, NestJS, TypeScript, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Redis, [URL Removed] RabbitMQ
- Frontend: React, TypeScript, Material-UI, Styled Components, Vite, TanStack Query, React Native

Key Responsibilities
- Development
- Implement AI-powered recruitment features
- Build intuitive CRM/compliance user interfaces
- Contribute to real-time collaboration and WebSocket features
- Assist in developing data processing pipelines with pair programming
- Write comprehensive tests and participate in thorough code reviews Architecture and Infrastructure
- Participate in microservices architecture discussions
- Database optimization through hands-on projects (PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
- API integrations
- Caching strategy implementation
- Kubernetes deployment processes and CI/CD pipeline management
- Monitoring and alerting systems
- Support multi-cloud infrastructure tasks with Terraform (Nice to Have)
- Cloud platform experience (AWS and/or GCP)
- Understanding of containerisation (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Infrastructure as Code concepts (Terraform)
- Real-time systems knowledge (WebSockets, event-driven architecture)
- Mobile development interest (React Native)
- Microservices architecture understanding
- DevOps practices and CI/CD familiarity
- Message queue experience (RabbitMQ)
- Python basics (for AI service integration)
