About the position
The role supports the IT Governance function (2nd Line of Defense) covering DIRECT/ENABLE/CONTROL within Identity & Access Management. This includes policies and regulations, artefacts, processes and architecture, digitalisation and AI, data and performance, risk and compliance management, DevOps SAP GRC and IRMA, communication, awareness and training.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop custom applications on the ServiceNow platform.
- Review and streamline existing code, including APIs and interfaces.
- Migrate custom code into the ServiceNow standard framework.
- Design, develop and implement new features and functionality.
- Support ServiceNow customers with their service structures.
- Create and maintain documentation, including user guides, guidelines and operations manuals.
RequirementsEssential Skills
- Expertise in JSON, Java and JavaScript.
- Experience in ServiceNow-based custom application development or similar platforms.
- Experience in Enterprise Risk & Compliance and Integrated Risk Management.
- Experience with the Common Service Data Model (CSDM) and Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
- Experience integrating REST APIs, NOW API and SAP systems.
- Experience with UI Builder, Service Portal Designer, Themes and Widgets.
- Experience integrating complex business information and technical requirements.
Advantageous Skills
- Knowledge of technical governance and streamlining existing solutions.
- Experience with ITIL® V4 Foundation.
- Experience with Agile methodologies.
- Ability to conceptualise complex information while managing detailed technical requirements.
- Scaled Agile SAFe Certification.
- ITIL V4 post-Foundation Certification (e.g. Create, Deliver and Support – CDS).
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Risk and Compliance (CIS-RC).
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Integrated Risk Management (IRM).
- SAP experience with OData and Reporting.
- SAP Analytics Cloud, Datasphere and Power BI experience.
- German language skills.

Qualifications & Experience
- Fluent English communication skills, including business reading and writing.
- Information Technology qualification or relevant degree.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator.
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer.
- Minimum 5 years of IT experience, specifically within ServiceNow environments.
- Experience working in international teams and environments.
- Strong team-player mindset.
