About the position

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to join a DevOps team responsible for building and maintaining enterprise-scale business applications. The role involves end-to-end development across backend and frontend layers, close collaboration with business stakeholders, and active participation in an Agile delivery environment.


 


Key Responsibilities


  • Design, develop, test, and maintain full stack applications using modern frameworks
  • Work as part of a DevOps team delivering and supporting critical production systems
  • Provide operational support for existing solutions, including participation in after-hours and standby rotations
  • Collaborate with end users and stakeholders to understand and translate business requirements
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies, including planning, refinement, reviews, and retrospectives
  • Contribute to estimation, refinement, and sizing of user stories
  • Ensure solutions meet quality, security, and performance standards
  • Identify risks and impediments and proactively resolve or escalate them
  • Review and present technical solutions to Product Owners and stakeholders
  • Produce and maintain technical and system documentation
  • Share knowledge and best practices across teams

RequirementsEssential Skills & Experience


  • Backend Development: Java Spring Boot
  • Frontend Development: Angular (TypeScript & JavaScript)
  • Messaging: Kafka and JMS (MQ)
  • Databases: SQL (Oracle and PostgreSQL)
  • Cloud: AWS infrastructure
  • Strong full stack development experience
  • Experience working in an Agile/DevOps environment

  • IT Degree or Diploma (or equivalent experience)
  • 6–10 years Java (Spring) development experience
  • Proven experience delivering and supporting enterprise applications
