About the position

My client is seeking an FTTx Direct Sales to sell FTTH directly to consumers and processing of orders, assist with customer queries on systems, and handle ad-hoc queries. This is a 12 month contract.

 



  • Matric

  • Marketing Qualification / Similar Diploma will be added advantage. 

  • Specific Knowledge of Fixed Network Products or Technology will be added advantage.

  • Understanding of FTTx/ICT Market

  • Must have Valid Driver’s License

  • Must have Own Vehicle

  • Sales Strategy and Negotiation Techniques.

  • Strong knowledge of technology and curiosity about new products/technologies.

  • Team player and able to work independently.

  • Exceptional business acumen


  • Preparation, negotiation and follow-up of offers i.e. Sales Quotes and Solutions.

  • Prepare and negotiate the offers specified according to client, and follow up on them until the installation stage, requesting and collaborating with other departments of the Unit in special offers and requesting approvals of modifications of client conditions if appropriate.

  • Control of the client account.

  • Control the fulfilment of the objectives of the signed customer and monitoring results.
    Visits and presentations - Carry out commercial visits and presentations of the company products and its services to the potential customers, according to the guidelines set in order to try developing or increase the company's customer base.
    Monitoring and management of monthly sales reports.

  • Planning your monthly calendar and sales activities.

  • Develop strategy to reach your assigned monthly target.
