About the position
Our client, an ISP specializing in providing INTERNET, VOICE and HOSTING solutions, is seeking a permanent opportunity for a skilled and experienced FTTH Sales Coordinator, based in Umhlanga, Durban.
Job Purpose:
- To manage all FTTH (Fibre to the home) orders
- Manage the processes fromreceiving FTTH sales orders, processing the orders in the CRM, delivery of the services, and handover of the services
- Additional to these roles you will be responsible for any FTTH cancelations and internal leads received
- Ensure all contracts for services are captured correctly in the CRM and within the business for processing
- Client account creations and linking to SAGE are done correctly and efficiently
- Ensure receipt of accurate contracts and supporting documents for orders and clients
- Complete use of the ticketing system
- Assist with any general administration requirements in order to assist the company
Sales, Leads and Orders:
- Receive and manage all FTTH orders, requests, and leads
- Respond and manage order until closure
- Follow all processes and steps up until handover of service
Service Delivery:
- Oversee a variety of tasks, such as running projects, rectifying reliability issues, monitoring progress, tracking, and managing feedback to internal and external persons and efficiently handing over services for billing
- Update each order in the CRM on a weekly basis with the data received by the last mile providers
Cancelations:
- Assist in managing the cancelations folder for FTTH services
Minimum Requirements:
- Must have experience in one of the following - Personal Assistance, Sales Administration, Service Delivery, Office Administration, Feasibilities
- Understanding of time management
- Attention to detail
- Multitasking skills
- Great email etiquette and communication skills
- Customer service skills
- Experience within the ISP industry
- A commitment to excellent customer service
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
- Online research
- Detail aware and oriented for accuracy
- Good command of the English language (both verbal and written)
- Good email, telephonic and interpersonal communication skills (in English)
- Ability to solve problems
- An understanding of project management
- Ability to engage at a meaningful level with the management team, staff, providers, public and customers
- Ability to work within a structured team environment
- Understanding of VoIP Telephony is an advantage
- Understanding of Internet Access Services is an advantage
