Our client is on the hunt for an FS Audit Manager who is eager to take on a challenging yet rewarding role within their prestigious Dublin office. Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a diverse portfolio of audit clients across investment management, leasing, insurance, and banking sectors.
  • Mastermind the audit planning process, ensuring optimal timing, staffing, and structure.
  • Engage in high-level client interactions, discussing business developments and closing strategies.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of audit work papers and finalize financial statements with precision.
  • Nurture the growth of your team, overseeing the development of seniors and trainees while contributing to their performance appraisal.
  • Share your knowledge by participating in the delivery of comprehensive training courses.
    Desired Experience & Qualification

Requirements:

  • Certified as a Chartered Accountant
  • A wealth of knowledge in accounting and auditing, honed in a Big 4 environment.
  • Proven track record with financial services clientele.
  • Minimum five years in professional audit, including leadership experience as a manager working on FS clients
  • Exceptional project management skills to lead your team to success.
  • A dynamic personality with strong interpersonal skills, drive, and enthusiasm.
