About the position
We are looking for a customer-focused and proactive Frontline Hospitality Specialist with solid experience in the hospitality industry and working with hospitality systems. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, have a great attitude, and are passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences, we want to hear from you!
Requirements· Proven experience in the hospitality industry (frontline roles preferred).
· Proficiency in hospitality systems (e.g., PMS, POS, or booking platforms).
· Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
· A positive, proactive attitude with a passion for customer service.
· Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
