About the position
Frontend Developer
Duration: 6 months
Location: Cape Town, Western Cape
Integrate with backend orchestration APIs and handle real-time provisioning status updates, error handling, and fallback workflows. Support multi-language, multi-region rollout: Copy, RTL text handling, and localisation for South Africa's diverse markets.
N.B. The backend/API wording is describing what the front-end developer needs to integrate with, not necessarily what they need to develop on the backend.
Focus:
The developer will build and maintain web/mobile front-end applications, integrate them with backend orchestration APIs, handle real-time status updates and errors, and ensure the applications support localisation and different languages/regions.
Design, develop, test and deploy complex software systems and applications, considering scalability and performance. CI/CD pipeline, Web and mobile applications, latest AI innovation & utilizing foundational company's Engineering practices and development technologies.
What front-end framework is being used - React, Vue
What CI/CD technology is being used - CI/CD is AWS with Github.
