REQUIRED Qualifications and experience:
o Minimum of 5 years in a customer service/hospitality role with retail experience
o Applicants must be mature with at least 10 years working experience
o Retail, Hotel, Restaurant or Beauty salon experience required
o Knowledge and understanding of high customer service principles and practices
o Ability to guide a team of 60+
o Must be able to lead by example
o High tolerance level under pressure
o Able to work well under high pressure and able to multitask
o Excellent computer literacy and Microsoft Office ability
o Strong customer service skills and service industry knowledge
o Excellent command of the English language- written and verbal
o Must have good mathematical comprehension & quick calculating ability
o Excellent command of written and verbal English
o Must be personally motivated, enthusiastic and ambitious
o Firm and pleasant personality
o Excellent time management and punctuality
o Very good administrative, organizational and follow-up skills
o Present a neat, clean, very friendly and professional appearance
o Competitive base and commission salary structure

o Earn R12k+ per month
