Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise, train, and motivate the front-of-house team
  
• Maintain and uphold service excellence standards
  
• Professionally greet and engage with guests
  
• Address and resolve guest queries and complaints
  
• Monitor guest satisfaction and implement continuous improvements

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Front of House Manager or in a similar leadership role within hospitality
  
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  
• Ability to remain calm and organized in a fast-paced environment
  
• Professional presentation and excellent attention to detail
  
• Reliable transport and willingness to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
  
• Bachelors in hospitality or management (preferred)
