About the position

FRONT-LINE RECEPTIONIST – NORTHGATE BUSINESS PARK (BROOKLYN, CAPE TOWN)

A fast-growing security company is looking for a confident and professional Receptionist to be the face of their business. This is a busy, fast-paced environment where no two days are the same — perfect for someone who’s confident, adaptable, and eager to grow with the business.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Receptionist or in a front-line administrative role

  • Well-spoken and well-presented

  • Fluent in English and Afrikaans (an African language is an advantage)

  • Strong administrative and email management skills

  • Proficient in Excel

  • Able to remain calm and professional when dealing with irate customers or high-pressure situations

  • Reliable, organised, and able to prioritise tasks effectively
