FRONT-LINE RECEPTIONIST – NORTHGATE BUSINESS PARK (BROOKLYN, CAPE TOWN)
A fast-growing security company is looking for a confident and professional Receptionist to be the face of their business. This is a busy, fast-paced environment where no two days are the same — perfect for someone who’s confident, adaptable, and eager to grow with the business.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Receptionist or in a front-line administrative role
- Well-spoken and well-presented
- Fluent in English and Afrikaans (an African language is an advantage)
- Strong administrative and email management skills
- Proficient in Excel
- Able to remain calm and professional when dealing with irate customers or high-pressure situations
- Reliable, organised, and able to prioritise tasks effectively
