Front Desk Sales, Print & Graphic Design

We are looking to hire a Front Desk Sales person to assist customers with Printing and basic Graphic Design needs.

This role involves a combination of customer interaction, printing knowledge and design skills. The individual would be responsible for both selling print and design services, operating printing equipment and creating or modifying designs for clients. This multifaceted role requires strong communication, customer service and technical abilities.

Potential responsibilities:

• Interacting with customers in a retail setting, via phone, or email to discuss their print and design needs.
• Providing design solutions and creating artwork for various print and digital projects.
• Operating printing equipment to produce high-quality prints according to customer specifications.
• Managing print jobs, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Collaborating with other team members (e.g., other designers, print technicians) to complete projects.
• Maintaining a clean and organised workspace, including the printing area.
• Potentially handling billing and invoicing for print and design services. ?
