About the position

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead development initiatives in Front Arena and provide expert guidance to the development team.
  • Apply DevOps principles and practices to streamline deployment and integration.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of Front Arena technical architecture and development best practices.
  • Design and implement integrations, including telemetry into monitoring tools such as ELK or Dynatrace.
  • Conduct architectural and code quality reviews.
  • Guide developers in technical problem-solving and career growth.
  • Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to align technical roadmaps with business goals.
  • Create and update detailed technical roadmaps for current and future-state systems.
  • Contribute to governance, compliance, and best practice frameworks.
  • Lead research and experimentation to test new technologies and concepts.
  • Drive continuous improvement through knowledge sharing and mentorship.
  • Support the organisation business strategy by applying agile and innovative thinking.
  • Engage in thought leadership, participate in special interest groups, and represent the organisation at conferences.
  • Provide strategic input on technology decisions, assessing risks and opportunities.
Minimum Requirements

  • Degree in IT
  • Minimum 8 years' experience as a Lead Developer in a Front Arena development team.
  • Front Arena architecture and integration experience.
  • Data Warehousing and IT Architecture.
  • DevOps practices and monitoring tools (ELK, Dynatrace).
  • Code branching, versioning, and continuous integration (CI/CD).
  • FIS AEF Certification.
  • FIS AIF Certification.
