Franchise Support Coordinator at Famous Brands

About the position

Introduction

The role of the Franchise Support Coordinator is to assist with the development and implementation of operational systems, processes and support the Senior Franchise Manager and Ops team within the brand.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide support to operations teams to ensure brand knowledge and skills transfer
• Build brand specific capability
• Support brand operations team in development and maintenance of brand objectives
• Support brand operations team in development and maintenance of brand specific IP, such as Ops manuals, Equipment manuals, Smalls lists etc
• Implementation of all/any Operations Services project related initiatives
• Support and assist in design and implement of the brand specific Standards of Operations Programs
• Support brand operations team in testing equipment innovation, trading formats, layouts etc. In order for the brand to remain relevant and best in class
• Identify and communicate formal training needs to the brand operations team
• Support and perform operational reviews from time to time

Desired Experience & Qualification

Formal Education

• Minimum Matric, preferably related tertiary food service qualification.

Experience

• Minimum 5 years franchising experience in similar role - Preferred.
• Good knowledge of food service industry, preferably specific brand category.
• Financial and computer literacy.
• Valid driver's license.
