Purpose of the Role:
To accurately draft, prepare, and manage foreclosure-related legal documents, ensuring procedural compliance, accuracy, and timely progression of matters through the foreclosure process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft and prepare foreclosure documentation, including summonses, affidavits, notices, and supporting pleadings.
- Amend and update legal documents in line with attorney instructions and court requirements.
- Ensure all documentation complies with legislative, court, and internal procedural standards.
- Manage document control and maintain accurate electronic and physical files.
- Liaise with attorneys, secretaries, and relevant internal stakeholders to resolve drafting queries.
- Assist with quality control checks prior to filing and service of documents.
Minimum Requirements:
- Relevant legal qualification or proven experience in a legal drafting role.
- Prior experience within a Foreclosures or Litigation Department (essential).
- Strong knowledge of foreclosure procedures and court documentation.
- High level of accuracy with strong attention to detail.

The proposed salary for the role is R15k - R20k per month - the offer will be market related salary considering the candidate's qualifications, skills, and experience.
