Foreclosure Secretary (Std Bank)

About the position

An established boutique law firm based in Brooklyn, Pretoria is seeking a skilled Foreclosure Secretary to join their professional and client-focused team. Known for its hands-on, partner-led approach and commitment to personalised service, the firm specialises in litigation and property law with a strong foothold in banking-related legal processes.
We are looking for a candidate with direct experience in Standard Bank’s foreclosure matters. Familiarity with the stages of the foreclosure process is essential, including the ability to independently manage files from receipt of instruction through to finalisation and closure.

Minimum Requirements:

• Proven experience with foreclosure matters involving Standard Bank
• Ability to manage the full foreclosure process independently
• Proficiency in GhostPractice and/or Legal Suite
• High attention to detail and strong administrative ability
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

The salary bracket for the role is around R20k - R25k CTC p/m. Note that it is the client's prerogative, regardless of advertised package, to offer a market related salary considering the candidate's qualifications, skills, and level of experience.
