Salary: From R45K to R65K based on qualifications, skills & experience.

Job Description
- Guide and maintain the site's daily FSSC 22000 and HACCP food safety standards.
- Coordinate and lead friendly, successful internal safety checks and external customer audits.
- Oversee site health and safety practices to keep the workplace secure and compliant.
- Partner with suppliers to make sure all incoming raw materials meet quality requirements.
- Review production line checks and send product samples for certified routine laboratory testing.
- Run easy-to-follow hygiene, safety, and quality training sessions for factory floor teams.
- Ensure all packaging and finished products comply fully with local and export regulations.
What You Need to Apply
- Formal qualification or Lead Auditor certification in FSSC 22000.
- Recognized certification in HACCP principles and implementation.
- Practical knowledge and training in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) compliance.
- At least 5 years of quality assurance experience in a food manufacturing or packaging plant.
- Degree or Diploma in Food Science, Food Technology, Biotechnology, or Microbiology.
- Solid understanding of factory hygiene, traceability checks, and audit preparation.
