Seeking an energetic and detail-driven Food & Beverage Manager (FNBM) to join our team and ensure seamless operations across our events, classrooms, and hospitality services.
Qualifications & Skills
Essential
- Diploma/Degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or similar
- 3–5 years’ experience in event, banqueting, or hospitality operations
- Strong budget, stock, and cost-control management skills
- Excellent coordination and communication abilities
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Preferred
- Experience within corporate or higher-education environments
- Catering/kitchen operations knowledge
- Flexibility to support evening or weekend events
Key Responsibilities
Event & Venue Management
- Coordinate corporate events, academic classes, and all campus bookings
- Maintain a master schedule to ensure seamless execution and resource availability
- Oversee setup of décor, equipment, catering, and seating arrangements
Catering & Cafe Oversight
- Align event catering needs with kitchen operations and menu planning
- Manage stock, supplies, petty cash, and payment processes
- Support operational efficiency and service delivery
Financial & Administrative Management
- Track and manage event budgets and expenses
- Approve invoices and ensure accurate reconciliations
- Implement process improvements for hospitality excellence
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Serve as the key liaison across internal teams and external vendors
- Build strong partnerships to uphold exceptional service standards
