About the Role:

As the Food & Beverage Coordinator, you will play a key role in managing restaurant bookings and coordinating dining events across multiple outlets. You will ensure that every guest receives personalised attention while helping deliver innovative food and beverage experiences.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys combiningorganisation, guest engagement, and operational coordination in a premium hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage restaurant reservations and booking systems across multiple outlets

  • Coordinate restaurant events and private dining bookings

  • Conduct site inspections with potential guests for events and functions

  • Liaise with guests to understand their needs and ensure seamless event execution

  • Ensure all guest requests and requirements are accurately captured

  • Deliver exceptional guest service and personalised experiences

  • Promote and upsell food and beverage offerings

  • Maintain strong knowledge of the establishment’s offerings, competitors, and the local hospitality scene

  • Collaborate with operational teams to ensure smooth service delivery

Requirements:

  • Matric Certificate (relevant hospitality qualification advantageous)

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role within an upmarket hotel or hospitality environment

  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations

  • Computer literacy (MS Office and Opera advantageous)

  • Strong communication, organisational, and customer service skills
