Our client, a classy and creative Restaurant, offering a “feel good” experience encompassing casual dining brands and local craft products is on the hunt for a passionate Floor Manager to lead the front-of-house team, delight the guests, and help create an unforgettable experience.

• Leading and motivating the front-of-house team to deliver warm, attentive service
• Ensuring smooth daily operations and a top-tier guest experience
• Supporting staff training, development, and shift planning
• Collaborating with the kitchen and management teams to keep service running like clockwork
• Helping promote their local craft offerings and creating a community vibe
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and customer care at all times
