Minimum Requirements:
- Matric
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Mechanical/Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in fleet operations, vehicle leasing, or quality control within a car rental or transport company. Experience in the e-hailing industry is a plus.
- Strong understanding of fleet management processes, KPIs, and quality assurance.
- Familiarity with South African transport and e-hailing industry regulations (e.g., permits, driver licensing, operating licensing, vehicle standards).
- Ability to coordinate with external partners, workshops, and insurance companies.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Strong verbal and written English communication abilities.
- A proactive, hands-on attitude and willingness to work in a fast-growing social enterprise environment.
