Fleet Controller NSO

About the position

1. Fluent in Afrikaans and English, basic German 
2. Manage the NSO Demo Fleet Operations for all brands and departments.
3. Provide regular training sessions to Fleet Owners and Controllers on Quality Management System documents, Fleet Organisational Directive and Work Instructions.
4. Support with Fleet Logistics optimisation and ongoing improvements to policy adherence initiatives together with NSO Services and Fleet Vehicles Logistics Supplier.
5. Collaboration with all cross-functional departments in support of Fleet Vehicle Logistics including but not limited to HR Benefits, IT, Finance Controlling, Plant Security and Brands.
6. Co-ordination of daily vehicle bookings and logistics.
7. Co-ordination of in-fleeting and de-fleeting of vehicles.
8. Verification of monthly invoices relating to the Demo Fleet.
9. Ensure quality and accuracy of the daily and monthly fleet reports.
10. Facilitating monthly fleet recons for fuel and fleet utilisation.
11. Update Quality Management System (QMS) documents (Work Instructions and Process Standard) on an annual basis.
12. General administration of fleet queries, etc.
13. Facilitating of monthly fleet management meetings.
14. Facilitating of monthly stock counts and annual stock counts.
15. Oversee the appointed Fleet Vehicle Logistics provider, KPI and SLA management.
