A leading freight and logistics company is seeking a skilled Fleet Controller to join their dynamic operations team. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role focused on ensuring seamless route planning, driver management, and client delivery performance across a busy national fleet.
Plan and schedule routes for maximum efficiency
Manage driver dispatch, performance, and attendance
Maintain real-time client communication and problem-solving
Track delivery performance and ensure accurate documentation submission
At least 2 years of experience in route planning, scheduling, and driver management
Experience working with tautliners or tipper trucks (essential)
Matric with a Transport or Logistics qualification (advantageous)
Fluent in English, with Afrikaans conversational ability
Valid driver's license and own reliable transport
