About the position
A leading international consulting engineering firm is seeking a Fire Engineer to join team. This isn't just another engineering role - you'll be working on projects that actually matter, from data centers to industrial facilities, while enjoying the flexibility of modern work-life balance.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:
- Fire Engineering qualification
- IFE or ECSA membership or eligibility to join the club
- 5+ years for mid-level
- 10+ years for senior positions
- Data center or industrial facility experience is your secret weapon
- Revit and integrated design skills that make other engineers jealous
- SANS 10400 Part T knowledge
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
Designing sprinkler systems, fire detection setups, smoke ventilation, and all the technical wizardry that keeps buildings safe. You'll mentor junior engineers, interface with other disciplines, and handle full project scopes from concept to completion.
