About the position
Our client, a well-established engineering consultancy based in Cape Town, is looking for a dynamic Fire BIM Modeller to join their mechanical team.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced BIM professional to work across a diverse and exciting project portfolio, collaborating with a skilled, professional team on some of Cape Town's most notable developments.
What You'll Be Working On:
- Large retail centres
- Commercial office developments
- High-rise apartment buildings
- Single luxury homes
- Hotel developments
- Industrial distribution centres and warehouses
- Mixed-use developments
- Client-specific projects
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years' relevant BIM Modelling experience
- Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
- Sprinkler modelling skills required
- Specialised BIM training would be advantageous
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to liaise confidently with a professional team
- A collaborative, team-oriented approach
