About the position
DBN000063 – Finished Artist/Executional Designer - CPT
Purpose of the Job:
To oversee that design projects are ready for production & meet the technical requirements of the chosen output medium, whether it's print or digital.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field
- Proficiency in design software like Adobe Creative Suite, and experience in graphic design
- 2 - 4 years or more experience in Digital DTP, finished Art, packaging
- Proven ability to execute on speed and scale.
Technical Competencies & Experience:
- To collaborate with skilled international sales & local design teams to implement current creative onto a variety of retailer-based templates worldwide
- Deliver print asset configurations & translate a brief into different e-commerce sizes & iterations.
- Get quick advice from different team members both domestically & internationally.
- Working with multinational colleagues & being open to working flexible hours depending on deadline deliverables
- Work along with internal departments (account management, creative).
- Capable of taking over team members' projects at different phases
