Role: Financial Services - Trade Credit Insurance - Customer Service Consultant
A leading privately owned Financial Services company specialising in Trade Credit Risk Insurance for large enterprises across several industries is looking for an experienced service consultant to join their dynamic team! The company offers a fast paced, fun, innovative and agile enviroment.
To qualify for this exciting opportunity you will need the following:
A degree in Commerce (BCom, Business Administration Degree, Finance Degree).
At least 2 years experience in the trade credit insurance industry with insurer or broker (B2B), trade finance.
A minimum of 3 years in a service delivery environment.
Excellent business acumen
Solid understanding of Trade Credit Risk
Strong financial acumen
Very strong communication skills and solid exposure in dealing with enterprise / corporate clients and Insurers.
