You'll work across diverse client projects, translating business needs into practical solutions and influencing key decisions. Your role will include gathering and managing requirements, facilitating workshops, conducting data and process analysis, and ensuring thorough documentation. You'll be involved in testing, impact assessments, and solution design while mentoring others and potentially leading teams. Exposure to large-scale transformation projects and stakeholder management will be key to your success.
You'll join a boutique consulting firm specialising exclusively in financial services, known for its deep industry expertise and long-standing client relationships. A degree in Finance, Business Science, Engineering, or a related field, along with around 10 years' experience in financial services (asset management, investment administration). Strong business and systems analysis experience is essential, with exposure to transformation projects. Proficiency in BA tools, stakeholder engagement, and ideally SQL will set you apart.
