You'll support Financial Planners with all aspects of client servicing and administration. This includes processing new business, handling switches and repurchases, preparing portfolio statements, managing client queries, and maintaining accurate records on internal systems. You'll also assist with client meetings, compliance tasks, reception duties, and ensure a smooth, professional client experience at all times.
You'll join a boutique financial services firm known for its personalised client approach and strong ethical foundation. Operating in a highly professional yet flexible environment, this team prides itself on building long-term client relationships and maintaining high standards of service and integrity. You'll be fully office based in Rosebank, Johannesburg.
Strong investment administration experience is essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook. You should be comfortable communicating with clients both telephonically and in writing, ideally in English and Afrikaans. A willingness to learn new systems, high attention to detail, and the ability to work in a structured yet flexible environment are key.
