Job Title: Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager - Maternity Cover
Location: Montague Gardens, Cape Town
Employment Type: Fixed-Term Contract (Maternity Cover) to start Mid-June 2025
Salary: Up to R75,000 per month (Negotiable)
About the Role: We're looking for a skilled FP&A Manager to join our team on a maternity contract. You'll play a critical role in financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and performance analysis-supporting leadership with data-driven insights to guide key business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee monthly management accounts, budgets, and forecasts
• Lead and support the finance team with hands-on guidance
• Analyse product margins, financial performance, and profitability
• Develop financial models and improve reporting processes
• Partner with senior management to drive performance and strategy
• Ensure compliance with IFRS and group reporting standards
• Support ERP (SAP) implementation and QlikView reporting
• Manage Capex tracking and OneStream reporting accuracy

What You'll Need:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Commerce (CA(SA) or equivalent preferred)
• 10+ years' financial and commercial experience (manufacturing or FMCG ideal)
• Strong Excel, SAP, Essbase, and BI reporting skills
• Proven track record in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Experience leading finance teams and improving processesPersonal Attributes:
