Financial Operations Controller

About the position

The Finance Operations Controller will play a key role in overseeing and optimizing financial operations within our manufacturing division. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of financial principles and regulations within the pharmaceutical industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Planning and Analysis (Lead the financial planning and budgeting process for the manufacturing division)
• Costing (Prepare annual Cost of Production calculations for the manufacturing division and ensure standard costs for all materials are uploaded timeously for each year end)

• Inventory Management (Analyseproduction, Oversee processes and Monitior inventory levels and trends)

• Financial Systems and Technology (Evaluate and optimize financial systems and tools to streamline processes and enhance efficiency)

Ad-hoc

• Creation of investment orders for capital expenditure
• Capitalise placed devices on a monthly basis
• Assist with the preparation of slides for monthly management meetings and forecast/budget meetings
• Backup for the Financial Controller
• Other ad-hoc requirements as requested by management
