Key Responsibilities

• Support onboarding and ongoing administration of unit trust investments
• Maintain accurate client account records and verify banking details
• Assist with payment processing and fund transfers
• Handle foreign exchange instructions and ensure compliance
• Prepare fee calculations, journal entries, and support internal financial tasks
• Accurately capture financial data and maintain documentation
• Provide general operational support across teams

Minimum Requirements

• Completed BCom degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Strong academic background
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
