About the position
Are you a seasoned Financial Manager with experience within a recruitment agency, staffing, labour broking, temporary employment services (TES), or workforce solutions environment?
A dynamic and fast-paced business is seeking an experienced Financial Manager to take ownership of the full finance function and provide strategic financial leadership.
Requirements:
- Matric
- Relevant Degree in Finance
- 3-5 years' Financial Management experience
- Previous experience within a recruitment, staffing, labour broking, HR services, or workforce solutions company is essential
- Strong reporting, budgeting, cash flow, and management accounting experience
- Advanced Excel skills
