Essential criteria
Bcom degree
More than five years experience in financial accounting
Must have a proper understanding of Debtors, Creditors and stock, must be able to do reconciliation of accounts
Fully computer literate(.Advanced Excel)
Fully bilingual English and Afrikaans
Must be able to function under pressure and meet deadlines.
Role includes
- Creating invoices/payments on company's programme, updating statement and posting payments.
- Handling all queries on accounts.
- Full control of Cashbook and reconciliation thereof as well as the detailed analysis thereof.
- Preparation of General Ledger for financial statements (3 times a year) with external auditor
- Full responsibility for preparation for yearly Audit.
