About the position
A well-established and growing organisation within the technical and manufacturing sector is looking for a Financial Manager to take responsibility for the full financial function and provide strategic financial support to the business.
Requirements:
? BCom Accounting, Financial Management or relevant finance degree.
?CA(SA), CIMA, SAIPA or other relevant professional qualification will be advantageous.
?Minimum 5–8 years experience in a financial management/accounting environment.
?Previous experience in a manufacturing, engineering, technical or similar environment will be advantageous.
?Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting and financial controls.
?Experience with budgeting, forecasting and cash-flow management.
?Strong Excel and accounting software skills.
?Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
?Ability to work independently while partnering effectively with senior management.
