FINANCIAL MANAGER

Exciting International Medical Laboratory | EU-Certified | Multi-Currency Environment

An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Financial Manager to join an internationally trading medical laboratory with EU certification and a multi-currency operating environment.

We are looking for a commercially minded CA(SA) or CIMA-qualified professional who is entrepreneurial, proactive and comfortable taking ownership of the full financial function.

Qualifications & Experience

• CA(SA) or CIMA qualification
• Strong financial management experience across the full financial function
• Manufacturing experience would be highly advantageous
• Experience in an entrepreneurial or fast-paced business environment
• Strong understanding of fundraising and financial strategy
• Experience working with investors and managing investor relationships
• Strong understanding of IT and financial systems
• Proven ability to operate at Board level

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the full spectrum of financial management and reporting
• Provide strategic financial guidance to the business and Board
• Manage financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and cash flow
• Support fundraising initiatives and investor relationships
• Drive financial controls, governance and risk management
• Provide commercially focused insights to support business growth
• Work closely with senior management and stakeholders across the organisation
• Ensure effective financial systems, processes and reporting structures

Package

R1.3 million+ per annum, negotiable based on experience, plus a significant performance-based incentive for the right candidate.
