This opportunity is suited to an experienced and detail-oriented CA(SA) who will take full ownership of the finance function within a highly structured, fast-paced environment, playing a key role in financial reporting, governance, controls, and continuous improvement across the business.  This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional looking to join a stable and growing organisation where they can make a meaningful impact across the full finance function.
 

Duties:

• Preparation and review of Annual Financial Statements (AFS)
• Managing the monthly financial close and reporting process
• Monitoring and overseeing day-to-day finance operations
• Ensuring compliance with IFRS and internal financial controls
• Liaising with external auditors and managing the audit process
• Identifying and implementing process improvements within finance
• Assisting with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis

 
Education and experience:

• CA(SA) qualification is essential
• Minimum 8 years’ post-qualification experience
• Strong technical accounting and IFRS knowledge
• SAP experience is essential
• Advanced MS Excel skills is essential
