A leading player in the digital infrastructure space is looking for a hands-on Financial Manager to take ownership of a full finance function within a high-performance, stability-driven environment. This is not a “watch from the sidelines” role, you will be deeply involved in operations, reporting, and financial control across a complex, IFRS16-heavy environment. The business is built on innovation, precision, and long-term commitment, with strong values around accountability, performance, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full finance function ownership (FM level)
  • Management accounts & reporting
  • Creditor and debtor management oversight
  • IFRS16 accounting and compliance (critical)
  • Excel-based financial analysis & reporting

Job Experience and Skills Required:

  • CA(SA) / CIMA qualified
  • 4+ years Financial Management experience
  • Strong IFRS16 exposure (non-negotiable)
  • Advanced MS Excel skills
