Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full finance function and reporting processes
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
  • Lead and support a small finance team
  • Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies
  • Partner with leadership on commercial decision-making

Job Experience and Skills Required:

  • CA(SA) qualification essential
  • Minimum 4 years’ post-qualification commercial experience
  • Industry experience within Financial Services, Fintech, or Telco advantageous
  • Management experience with at least 2–3 direct reports required
