A well-established and highly respected infrastructure-focused business is looking for a mature and driven Financial Manager to join their team. Known for innovation, strong leadership, and a high-performance culture, this company offers the opportunity to be deeply involved in the operational side of finance rather than simply reviewing and signing off reports. The successful candidate will take ownership of the full finance function while playing a key role in supporting the business’s continued growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full finance function and monthly reporting
  • Management accounts and financial analysis
  • Creditors, debtors, and reconciliations
  • IFRS16 reporting and compliance
  • Process improvements and operational finance support

Job Experience and Skills Required:

  • CA(SA) or CIMA qualification
  • 4+ years’ experience in a Financial Manager role
  • Strong IFRS16 and advanced MS Excel experience
  • Stable career history with a hands-on approach
