About the position

Join a fast-growing multinational business in the healthcare sector, supporting clients across multiple global markets.
My client is seeking a commercially minded Senior Finance Manager to lead the finance team. This role suits a hands-on finance professional who enjoys leadership, business partnering, and driving performance in a fast-paced global environment.
 

Duties:

  • Lead the finance operations, including transactional finance and payroll
  • Own the month-end close process, including journals, accruals, and balance sheet reviews
  • Prepare management accounts, board reporting, and financial commentary
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and operational cost control
  • Partner with business leaders to review performance and drive efficiencies
  • Strengthen controls and support continuous improvement initiatives
  • Oversee audits, tax, and regulatory compliance
  • Cost efficiencies and profitability

 
Education and experience:

  • Qualified CA(SA) or CIMA
  • 3+ years post-qualification experience in operational or commercial finance
  • Experience in the healthcare sector is preferred
